PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

NOTE: The Xtrema, Auto Trickle Adapter and Chargminder have been out of production for several years. We can no longer service them due to parts availability. If your Auto-Trickle Adapter or ChargeMinder does not come on at all, please check the internal 1 amp fuse  It is all too easy to accidentally plug in a drill or electric power tool into a charge strip and overload the circuit. Just replace the fuse with a common 1 Amp fast blow 1-1/4 inch fuse. (Available at Radio Shack and most hardware stores)before returning. Fuse replacement is not covered under warranty and is subject to our minimum bench fee and return shipping charges.

When returning product to us for service please insure the package for your own protection. You may send us product via your preferred carrier USPS. UPS, FEDEX etc. Please allow up to 8 weeks for repair/replacement subject to parts availability.

After 30 days be sure to enclose $5.99 for all smoke and adapter products to cover return shipping costs for both in and out of warranty returns. International customers please enclose $12.95 for all smoke and adapter products to cover return shipping costs or provide us with your email address so we can issue a Paypal money request to cover the costs.

Warranty returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt for processing.

Out of warranty returns may be charged up to 50% of the current list price. Please include a valid email address we will send a paypal request to cover costs. NOTE: You DO NOT need a Paypal membership to use their services to pay us. They allow e-check and all major credit and debit cards for payment.
